FAQ

I just made a order, why didn't I get my tracking number yet?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to process. Due to high sales volume we are doing our best to full fill orders.

International Shipping

Please pay attention to the shipping service you select for international orders outside of USA and Canada. Some shipping options do not come with tracking numbers. If you select a shipping option with no tracking number there will be no way to track the package. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped out of Ontario, Canada. Wait times can vary depending on location.

I made two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders once the order is palced.

I ordered a shirt and don't like it. Can I return it?

Items can only be exchanged for size adjustments or store credit. Once the item is purchased we do not give refunds back. Exchanges are only accepted if the item is in its original packaging and unworn.
