Refund policy
Items can only be exchanged for size adjustments or store credit. Once the item is purchased we do not give refunds back. Exchanges are only accepted if the item is in its original packaging and unworn.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please pay attention to the shipping service you select for international orders outside of USA and Canada. Some shipping options do not come with tracking numbers. If you select a shipping option with no tracking number there will be no way to track the package.
If item is being returned to Common Identity, the customer is responsible for buying the shipping label and sending the item back in its original packaging. Once received and examined by Common Identity, the correct decision will be made wether the item is eligible for an exchange or store credit.
DUE TO THE UNIQUE TREATMENT OF COMMON IDENTITY APPAREL IT IS TYPICAL TO SEE COLOR AND SHADE DIFFERENCES. THE CLOTHING MAY ALSO BE DISTRESSED AND/OR CONTAIN SMALL IMPERFECTIONS THAT DIFFER FROM GARMENT TO GARMENT. THESE VARIANCE ARE A SIGNATURE ASPECT OF COMMON IDENTITY PIECES AND A NATURAL RESULT OF OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS.
